The International Representative is not an Immigration Adviser and cannot provide any advice regarding immigration matters.
The Immigration Representative will assess the validity of your original documents required for an immigration matter or visa application on request from the Immigration Adviser Bojan Jankovic, IAA201100600. The Immigration Adviser adheres to the Immigration Adviser Authority Code of Conduct 2014; link to the Code of Conduct are available at the Principal’s web site as well as at Immigration Advisers Authority; Immigration New Zealand;
Please note that the international representative of Future New Zealand Immigration Ltd and his/her dealings with clients are informative only. The information includes the company services and the documents required as per an immigration matter.
The registration is compulsory, and the questionnaire need to be completed and signed by the client.
All information provided in the questionnaire is the evidence for future dealing with clients, if there is any misleading information during the process; or the requested information or document is not provided in a timely manner, the representation will be terminated immediately according to the Clause in the Agreement – Termination of the Agreement.
The International Representative will assist you in translating part of the questionnaire if necessary.
The original documents must be provided to the International Representative for his/her perusal to assess their validity at the time this questionnaire takes place. The documents must be provided in the .pdf form and the passport photos in the .jpg form on a memory stick and will be sent to the Future New Zealand Immigration Limited in New Zealand. The immigration advisor and the director Mr. Bojan Jankovic, Licenced Immigration Advisor, will assess the questionnaire and electronically supplied documents and will schedule an interview with the candidates if there is a chance for a visa to be obtained or an immigration matter to be resolved. Otherwise, the letter will be issued stating the reasons the candidate will not be represented.
The International Representative will advise you that he/she cannot provide any immigration advise before the meeting takes place. Please do not ask the International Representative for any advice as the service will be ceased immediately.
By law, any person that gives you immigration advice about New Zealand must be licensed by the Immigration Advisers Authority, unless they are exempt.
This includes people giving New Zealand immigration advice from China, India or anywhere in the world. This chart shows you who can give you immigration advice.
